This 75-minute class is designed to support emotional well-being, stress relief, and nervous system regulation through intentional breath and mindful movement. We’ll begin with a 15–25-minute contemplative discussion exploring the intersection of yoga philosophy, mental health, and nervous system science. You’ll learn how tools like breathwork, vagus nerve stimulation, and gentle movement can calm anxiety, elevate mood, and build resilience.
Next, we’ll transition into a 45–50-minute Hatha Vinyasa flow, where you’ll embody autonomy and agency with a balance of effort and ease—developing inner tools to stay grounded and self-aware both on and off the mat.
